Maine seems to collect people with interesting lives. Greg is one of them. Maine seems to collect people with interesting lives. Greg is one of them. One of his ancestors came over on the Mayflower, others fought in the Revolutionary War, and most have been dairy farming in Pennsylvania for more than 200 years. He’s worked in spacecraft operations, in satellite control, and then in information technology. In 1985 he moved in Lincolnville, but his work took him to Brunswick and Winter Harbor. Neighbors may recognize him as part of Lincolnville’s cable TV installation in the early 1990s. His move into real estate allows him to settle into his community, connect with people, and use those IT skills. “My strong point is knowing how to plug in the parameters to search for homes. If people are serious, and they need to find a home, I can find it. And I work statewide.” Greg’s listing clients benefit from what he’s learned from buyers. “Your house has to be ready to show. Some buyers are in town for just a day. I’m available 24/7 to show them houses, so if you’re serious about selling, you need to be available too.” In his free time, Greg collects vintage electronics. He’s a ham radio operator, an avid gardener and enjoys day trips around New England and the Maritimes.
