Janice has been part of the Midcoast community for many years, and in real estate for 31 years, so she knows the area well –and loves it. But what has really contributed to her practice was building her own home. “I enjoyed every minute of it,” she says, “I knew that getting to understand the building process would help me help my clients when they’re thinking through a renovation or new construction.”
Janice and her husband live in Camden. She finds gardening a great way to relax and unwind, and they both love to spend time near the sea and with their son Brad and his wife Anne.
