Keirsten Wyman worked with us for 15 months to sell our condo and to find just the right house. Her patience is phenomenal. She was always willing to take us for tours of many potential houses and we enjoyed meeting her part time chauffeur, Skeet Wyman. Their combined knowledge of Waldo and Penobscot counties was a great asset.
Keirsten became a friend as we explored the various possibilities. We learned why several past neighborhood owners had hired her to sell their condos.
Keirsten's photographer's video of our condo was awesome. It included all 3 stories inside as well as the 2 decks, the front entryway area and the entire neighborhood, including the pool area. It reminded us what a beautiful condo we had.
Although selling and buying houses is stressful, Keirstein's calm demeanor helped to ease the anxiety. We are happy in our new home.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Carleton Johnson for several years and recently, he helped me purchase a home. The home had been on the market for less then a day. I contacted him on a weekend, and he responded promptly. Without his knowledge, I would not have been the one to get the contract on the house. There was an offer on the home within 24 hours. He thoroughly explained to me my options, if I wanted a fair shot at getting the contract, as there could of been a bidding war. The sellers ultimately accepted my offer, and we closed on the home in one months time. Throughout the process Carleton kept me informed and was very accommodating with meeting to get necessary forms signed. Carleton is honest, as he has steered me away from houses that were not right for me, and he was right! I would not work with any other realtor. He definitely 5 stars all around.

Scott Crockett provided us with an amazing selling experience as our realtor. We worked with Seth Cohn recently for a Maine real estate transaction. One of the things we liked most about Seth is how quick he was to respond anytime we messaged or called.
