We are so happy to have found Albert Howard to help us purchase our land in Maine.  His background knowledge in construction was invaluable in guiding us through the process of choosing the right lot and getting us in contact with local contractors and tradespeople for inspections and maintenance.  Albert also has a casual and laid back demeanor that made a stressful experience fun.  I hope we have the opportunity to work with Albert again in the future.

I received Bob's name through a marketing letter from him; I had previous positive experiences with his agency (RE/MAX Jaret & Cohn in Rockland) and I  wanted to continue with them.  Upon meeting Bob, I had confidence we could work easily together.  

I was selling my home in Rockport that was special to me and Bob appreciated my care for it.  He listened to my concerns and assured me he could represent my home in a meaningful way.  He presented beautiful pictures of the house and marketed it well.  He was available to respond to my questions and put any concerns to rest.  I knew when he showed the home, it was being well represented and he could answer questions concerning it to potential buyers.  If there were any questions he could not answer, he was responsive to the potential buyers in getting answers.  When it came to the negotiations for the home, I sought out his advice and felt he really had my best interests at heart.

Rick and I wanted to send an email to Jaret & Cohn’s Belfast manager as soon as we arrived and settled back in Virginia to sing the praises of our seller’s agent, Keirsten Wyman. Over and beyond the absolutely warm and delightful person she is, Keirsten provided excellent service in the sale of our condo unit in South Cape Shores, Stockton. She marketed our property exceptionally well, kept in touch with us throughout the entire process while we were either in Stockton or back in VA, responded immediately to our questions and/or small concerns, and overall was an agent all sellers or buyers would love to have to represent them. This was our third time (second sale) working with Ning. As with the first sale, Ning recommended that we increase our initial asking price and it made a significant difference in the end. All within a few days, our home was listed nationally as a hot property, a talented photographer engaged, and with you, climbed up and down the ocean cliff for stunning shots of our home's architecture and ocean views!
